Kramvia Technologies — Legal
Privacy Policy
Effective: 16 September 2026 · Last updated: 16 September 2026
1. Scope and contact
This Privacy Policy applies to the public Kramvia Technologies website at kramviatech.com, including its pilot-enquiry form (the “Site”). It does not govern a separately contracted Kramvia ERP deployment, which will have its own written agreement and privacy documentation.
Kramvia Technologies (“Kramvia”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the Site from India. For privacy questions, requests, or grievances, email kramviatech@gmail.com.
2. Data we collect
We collect the information you choose to submit through the pilot-enquiry form: business name, contact name, work email address, phone number, city, and the message you provide. All of these fields are requested to assess and respond to an enquiry.
We also receive limited technical information that is ordinarily produced when a website or security service is used, such as IP address, browser and device information, request time, referring page, and security or error logs. We do not ask you to submit patient information, prescriptions, financial account data, government identity numbers, passwords, or other sensitive personal data. Do not include such information in a form message.
3. Why we process data
We process submitted information to respond to your enquiry; assess potential pilot fit; communicate about requested product discussions; protect the Site from abuse; maintain records of communications; and meet legal, security, or compliance obligations. We do not sell personal data, rent contact lists, or use the form to make solely automated decisions about you.
By submitting the form, you ask us to contact you about that enquiry. You may withdraw that request at any time by emailing us.
4. Service providers and international processing
We use carefully selected providers to operate the Site and send enquiry notifications. At present, enquiry emails are delivered through Resend. These providers may process data on our instructions and may operate infrastructure outside India. We share only what is reasonably necessary for the stated purpose and do not authorise providers to use enquiry data for their own marketing.
We may also disclose data where required by applicable law, a binding legal process, or where reasonably necessary to protect the security, rights, property, or safety of Kramvia, visitors, or the public.
5. Retention and deletion
We keep pilot-enquiry information for as long as needed to respond, manage a potential or active pilot relationship, resolve a dispute, prevent abuse, or comply with law. If no business relationship begins, our normal aim is to delete or anonymise the enquiry within 24 months of the last meaningful contact, unless a longer period is necessary for a documented legal or security reason.
Backups and provider logs may persist for a limited period before normal deletion cycles remove them. We will not knowingly retain data longer than necessary for the purposes described here.
6. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to this Site, including encrypted transmission when served over HTTPS, restricted handling of email-delivery credentials, server-side validation, anti-abuse controls, and access controls for service accounts. No website, email system, or internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Please use the form only for ordinary business-enquiry information.
7. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to confirm whether we hold your personal data, correct inaccurate data, erase data, withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing, or raise a grievance. Individuals covered by India’s Digital Personal Data Protection framework may also have rights provided by that framework, including nomination rights where applicable.
To make a request, email kramviatech@gmail.com from the relevant email address and describe your request. We may ask for reasonable information to verify identity before acting. We will respond within the time required by applicable law or, where no timeframe applies, within a reasonable period.
8. Cookies, analytics, and tracking
The Site does not currently use advertising pixels, behavioural advertising, or third-party analytics cookies. Necessary hosting or security services may process limited technical information to deliver, secure, or troubleshoot the Site. If we introduce non-essential analytics or marketing technologies, we will update this Policy and provide any notice or choice required by law.
9. Children
The Site and pilot programme are intended for business users. We do not knowingly solicit personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data through the Site, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
10. Changes and versioning
We may update this Policy as the Site, service providers, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be reflected by revising the effective date and publishing the updated text here. Continued use of the Site after an update is subject to the current version, to the extent permitted by law.
11. Legal framework and grievance contact
This Policy is intended to be read consistently with applicable Indian privacy and information-technology law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and rules brought into force from time to time. It does not limit any non-waivable right available under law.
